Giveaway Rules & Guidelines

All participants must be 18 years of age or older and must be residents of Nigeria to be eligible to participate in any giveaway.

Each user is entitled to one entry per giveaway, unless bonus entries are specifically earned through promotional activities. All entries for a giveaway are final and close at the specified end time.

Winners are selected through a transparent, random draw that is weighted by each participant's accumulated points for that specific giveaway. The more points you have, the higher your chances. All winner selections are final.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be notified via email and in-app notifications and must claim their prize within 14 days of the announcement.

Any form of cheating, including but not limited to the use of bots, scripts, or the creation of multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. The administrators reserve the right to disqualify any user or giveaway if fraud, discrepancies, or actions that are not aligned with the laid-down rules and expectations are observed.

Certain premium giveaways require a minimum threshold of participants to be valid. The administrators may set this minimum at their operational and logistical discretion. We reserve the right to pause, extend, or cancel any such giveaways if they do not meet this threshold.

MyGiveaway Hub is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party prize providers. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

By entering a giveaway, you agree to our use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes if you are selected as a winner. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
